A gift
One of my co-works gave me a really cool girft yesterday. The name of the thing escapes me right now but it is one of those things that counts how many steps you take. I thought that was so nice of her to do that. Well yesterday i took 6,473 steps. You are suppose to take 10,000 steps a day. So i need to add some extra steps to my day.

cool...I have a couple of those...I get tired of people asking me if I'm wearing a pager and take it off. Think its a stepometer or something.

Desiree- hehe mines is really small and so you don't notice it. You are not a L-O-S-E-R so don't say that. I did the same thing when i went to join WW one day i was just sick and tired of how i looked and felt and i just went. So the point to that was go when you are ready.
Laura- I heart your mom that is so cute that she said that but i am afraid that i am already turning into a nerd (a cool one thought!) because i keep checking to see how many steps i have taken.
Caro- hehe they sell them in Target so we can buy you one when you come home. Yay for Caro coming home.
